Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. 

To start a return, contact us at support@thestillframes.com. Please share an image of the damaged item as received and proof of purchase. We evaluate returns and replacements on a case by case basis due to the early stage of our business, and will respond with next steps. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Feel free to use the box that your item was shipped in for returns.  

Exceptions 
We do not accept returns if the item has been used.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
